I contacted Dave for a home inspection on a home that I was interested in.
My Realtor wanted us to use one of there inspectors, but I felt that we should get our own.
David was very good in finding things in this home that were not seen by us. He also found a very serious problem with the garage roof that if purchased would have cost us a lot of money down the road.
David was indeed skilled in inspection and cost for repairs.
I would highly recommend David for any and all inspections for my up coming home purchases.
